Last month I got to do a milestone session for the 18-24 month age range, and it was so fun. I guess we will call it a "paint smash" session! It also ends with bath time photos, and I think it's such a cute way to show your little one's developing motor skills and create a masterpiece to display in her room at the same time.
I can't believe it has been almost six months since I did a blog post! YIKES! Since my last post, I have been taking so many birthday pictures for all of last summer's newborns. I know I say it a lot, but it is seriously so fun to see how much your little ones grow in their first year! Oh, and the other major thing since my last blog post is that I had my baby. You know, the one I was convinced would never come out. She's almost four months old already and I can't believe it!
Baby E came back for his six month milestone shoot and won my heart all over again! When he came for his newborn pictures in the spring, he was wide awake most of the time but managed to do several very long blinks that allowed me to get a whole gallery of images that looked like he was sound asleep! He was too smart and too alert to want to miss anything. It was the same thing this time! He wanted to look around and soak it all in. What a handsome little dude!
I got to go to the home of one of my sweet little spring newborns this morning to take his six month pictures. His mom wanted this session at their home so we could capture his sweet little nursery that she put so much work into! I love the colors and the elephant theme! So cute. We ended up with tons of pictures because he was just so smiley the whole time, but here are a few of my favorites:
